To celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day, you are invited to join in a work party on Monday afternoon, October 10. You are welcome to drop in and visit or to come help with protecting the newly planted trees and removing invasives from the evolving Tree Island Forest Park. Park at the Allen Brook School. Tree Island is to the south of the parking lot. The new trees are near the brook, so start down the labeled Allen Brook Nature Trail and turn left after about 75′.
